Hospital
With the events of Raising Hell done, the Sin City Knights came out of it quite battle worn. Most of them won their matches, but also suffered for them. Especially Fraser Freeman. His battle had put him in intensive care, and a coma.
Because of this, Jade was in a constant state of worry. So much so, that The Protector had to help calm her down. Fearing that she might do something dangerous, the Protector had offered to stay with her, to make sure she wouldn't become a hazard to herself.
Right now, The Protector was waiting outside of Freeman's room, as Jade was visiting him first. That's when he noticed another presence beside, him. He turned, and through his shades, he saw Nicole, sitting beside him.
Nicole: Still no change?
Protector: I'm afraid not.
Nicole: Damn.
Protector: How's your head?
Nicole: It's fine. I'm tougher then I look. It's everyone else I'm concerned about.
Protector: Ah. Yeah after what happened, I don't blame you. Has Baron been around here though? I haven't seen him.
Nicole: He's been around once but...He's gone mute.
Protector: Gone mute? Him? That guy always has something to say.
Nicole: I know. And it worries me to no end. I'm afraid he's all but lost to us.
Protector: Damn. Does that mean his other half might be in control now?
Nicole: It's a strong possibility. But listen. Do not worry about him. I'll get Baron back. I'll find a way to do so.
Protector: But if it's Oblivion, shouldn't you have something to make sure no harm comes to you?
Nicole: I got this. But if I do need help, I'll contact you.
The Protector looked at Nicole, and reluctantly nodded. He knew right now, keeping an eye out on Jade was first priority, along with trying to stand by his comatose friend.

9am – Jades apartment
It was another long night of worrying for Jade and the Protector. Right now, the Protector is asleep on the couch of Jade's apartment, with Jade fast asleep in the bedroom,. The Protector's phone rings and he groggily gets up, and answers it.
Protector: Hello?
?: It Dr Johnson at the Las Vegas Infirmary, Fraser Freeman has woken up. As your details are down as emergency contact I wanted to inform you that he is fully concious allthough somewhat edgy and irritable.
Protector: Cheers doc we will be in soon.
The Protector smiled. His face was itchy from the mask being worn all night. He got up, and knocked on Jade's door.
Jade: What is it?
Protector: It's Freeman
Jade: What what is something wrong?
Protector: He's Awake!
Jade beams and jumps out of bed and goes to get dressed. The protector smirked behind his mask. He was glad to see that Jade was finally smiling after these last few days of agony. Jade walks out, and looks at the Protector oddly.
Jade: Did you seriously sleep with that on?
Protector: Obvious, ain't it?
Jade: Yeah. Go get cleaned up.
10.30 am - hospital
Jade and the Protector arrive but as they reach Freeman's room there is no one there, the window wide open curtains hanging out. It was obvious that Freeman ditched them. One of the doctors walked up to them.
Jade: What the hell?
Doctor: We tried to subdue him, but he bolted. There was something about him that actually scared the staff.
More footsteps could be heard, heading towards them. Jade and the Protector turned around, and saw that the Silver Baron and Nicole had come. He had an intense look about him. He peered over, and saw that Freeman was gone.
Silver Baron: Leave us. Nicole, take Jade.
Jade: But I-
The Silver Baron cut her off with a stern look, which caused her to gulp, and nod. Nicole sighed, looking at her boss with worry, as she escorted Jade out. The Doctor left as well.
Protector: Finally decided to speak up?
Silver Baron: Don't ask.
Protector: I'm sorry, but I have to. With your well documented mental instability, I have to be on my toes at all times to make sure that the damage remains bare minimal.
Silver Baron: I know.
Protector: I take it you did get a call.
Silver Baron: Yea, Jade called Nicole. To see him gone...somehow it doesn't surprise me.
Protector: Either way, we need to find him.
Silver Baron: Agreed. You check his apartment, I'll check outside of town. Whether or not we find anything, meet back at the dome in four hours.
Protector: Im on it.
Both the Protector and the Silver Baron both proceeded to head to the exit, heading their separate ways, hoping to find their comrade.
The four hours would pass rather quickly, and the Protector could not find any trace of Fraser Freeman anywhere. He looked at his apartment, and even at a few local bars. With the shame about not finding his mentor, he sauntered into the Pleasure Dome. He then saw that the Silver Baron was walking downstairs from his office. However, the look about him was different. He wasn't sporting his overcoat and fedora, but was in regular clothes.
Silver Baron: Did you find anything?
Protector: A couple of empty bottles and thrown furniture. You?
Silver Baron: Tire Tracks. Clearly its a message to not bother him.
Protector: He's lost his mind. He needs our help to get him out of this funk.
Silver Baron: It's a waste of time.
Protector: A waste...of time? I don't think so!
Silver Baron: Don't take that tone of voice with me, monkey!
Suddenly, the Silver Baron's eyes widened, and eh clutches his head. The Protector went to his side, and helped him towards the nearest chair, and helped him down.
Silver Baron: Sorry. He's trying to do a permanent takeover.
Protector: And this is why we need to find Freeman, aside from the fact he's one of us.
Silver Baron: i understand. Believe me I do. I want to find him, but we won't get anywhere right now. Our main focus at this current moment, is to fight Bene Elohim.
Protector: Damn. I don't like this.
The Silver Baron smirked at the Protector. The Protector looked at the Silver Baron oddly, wondering why the pimp was smirking in the first place.
Silver Baron: You're a good man Protector, or whatever your true name is. I hope to find out soon. But, as it is, we have alot to deal with. First off, we have to show there is a fucken good reason why we won the tag titles. Second, we can't allow what happened to freeman, and us, to be repeated. If I as so much see any of those fuckers that attacked us, well let's hope my mind is strng enough to hold Oblivion back, as I return the favor. I don't expect you to, unless you want to.
The Protector looked at the floor, then his hands. He remembered the attack all to well. He also knew that the Silver Baron wouldn't be this mad if it was just the two of them that got beat. Fact, was, so did Jade and Nicole, and that was something the Protector knew, couldn't go unpunished.
Protector: I'll definitely consider it. Either way, those cock suckas need to be tossed to the curb, where they belong.
Silver Baron: We'll get them. In the meantime, yes we do have a match to prepare for. But...it would be wise to keep one ear to the ground, in case if we find anything towards Freeman's whereabouts.
Protector: That...I can deal with.
Silver Baron: Good. Now, let's say we get this place ready for the night.
Protector: I guess there's nothing better to do.
The two men immediately got to work, with getting the chairs down, and setting up everything else, just before the customers would be coming in. However, the Protector sighed, before he began to mumble something to himself.
Protector: Everything will become clear soon Vega. The time for my need for anonymity is ending. This mayhem the veil will be lifted and we can move on together as a unit.
~~~A couple hours later~~~
The Protector was now on the rooftop of the Pleasure Dome. He was up here to both clear his thoughts, and to vent them, as he had set up a camcorder, to get everything he needed to say, recorded.
Protector: As you all know, I am a man that stands before you all shrouded in a veil of secrecy and anonymity. I came to this company to help my good friend Fraser Freeman remove the cancerous leeches that plague this once proud industry. I came here to protect the fans and my colleagues from the threat of these very people, but now ladies and gentlemen the game has changed.
See now my good friend, my mentor... is missing in action, he has vanished without a trace and left me and my fellow members of SCK to pick up the pieces. The need for me to be anonymous is no more.
With that being said, the Protector goes to take his mask off. However, he stops as it just reveals the bottom of his chin.
Protector: No. Not quite yet. That can wait till Mayhem. See at this very moment I am not here to reveal who I am. No I am here to send a message to all those who stand in the way of honouring our great business, starting with Bene Elohim.
Boys I know who you are, you are messengers for Joshua McBride, you are two of his children. You say that you are prophets, you say that you are doing the work of your divine saviour. Boys your nothing more than a pair of brainwashed idiots, sucked in and manipulated by an evil man who does twisted and diabolical things to you, and promises you, even if not directly but subtly, that the horrible things for the most part will stop if you follow him and worship him.
See I have a dilemma here boys. On one hand you are exactly the type of people I should be trying to save, yet on the other hand you are for all intensive purposes beyond repair. That said me and Baron will have no problem with beating the living daylights out of you on Mayhem.
I guess you could say I'm a bit angry with my good friend missing, you could say I have a bit pent up and frustrated and I will be taking that very frustration out on you two at Mayhem. Frustration, not only built from Freeman missing, but just how fucked up things are.
Bene Elohim...you're just two people, of many who have tried to mess everything up. Whether you're part of something that wants total control, or egos who bitch if there is no spotlight on them, it makes no difference to me. It just means, more trash for me to clean up.
It's just unfortunate for you two, that you will be the direct focus of where I channel my rage, and purpose. So don't be surprised boys, if you two wind up waking up in a damn hospital, cause boys at Mayhem im bringing a razor blade with me and im going to cut you up.
