J-Shades sat in an empty Theater, about five or six rows in, looking at the stage. Just A few months ago there was a ring on that stage, and J-Shades was wrestling in it. He was in McGraw Hall, the venue of his first Wrestling match in UWA.
Jay: I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. Our past shapes us and makes us the people we are. We can pretend it’s all forgotten but it never is., and that just makes it so much harder when your past comes back to meet you face to face.
I certainly didn’t forget you, Skylar. And how could I? We were each other’s first (Jay Smirks). And now we’ll meet again, face to face. First impressions stay with us and girl, we put on one hell of a show that first go around. You got the better of me that night, but that’s okay! I used that lose to fuel my spirit and I stomped through the rest of UWA like I owned the place. Hell, I practically DID own the place. No one and nothing could stop me.
Somewhere along the line that fire went out and now (Jay Stood up and started to walk towards the isle)We’ve come full circle. We’ve both had our success here and now it’s time to get back to where we started. Except… this isn’t just our match here. The stakes have been raised. We’ve got ourselves a tag team match. I have admit, when I first heard I’d have to team with Bob Brooks I was little more than surprised. He’s obviously not the first man I would’ve picked to be teaming with. I have no doubt in my mind that you two can take on such pure athletes like me and Mr. Brooks and win. Combine our straight up skill with my thirst for redemption and the fact that bobby’s on a role and would like nothing more than to declare himself the superior Photographer in UWA, I’d say our chances are pretty good. Now, does the idea of professional wrestlers being motivated by the need to be the only photographer in town seem incredibly stupid to me? Doesn’t matter. What ever helps us win our match.
Jay started to walk towards the stage.
Katarina O’Hare. You’re new here in UWA, and you’ve been put in the ring with three of the most talented wrestlers here. I hope you bring the best pair of boots you got a lace them up real nice, cause I won’t be going easy on you cause you’re new, and I’m damn sure Bobby won’t either. (Jay climbed up on stage)To make it in this business you need heart. You need courage. You need guts, and determination and the will to win! And of course, you gotta have the skill. I think I’ve proved that I’ve got all these things and then some. Bobby Brooks has them, and lucky for you Skylar has them too. You better go into that ring Monday night and give it everything you got, that way at least you can say you tried.
J-Shades gave a final smirk before the camera faded to black.
