So, over the last week a few things have been brought to the staff's attention. We have considered them all and this is the final decision. These are the things which have been brought up item by item with the decision below.
1. Needing more Staff.
Answer: At this stage in the game i don't think we do. We have multiple people who can do graphics, multiple that can do videos, have a total of 4 active every show writers and 2 in emergency reserve. We don't need a huge creative council as the one two things that get written without handler involvement is the fed wide company SL and the World Title feuds. Everything else is done completely by the feuding parties. There's no need for a whole committee for two SL's.
2. Podcasts- We are set to do them every month. Following each PPV. The reason behind this was that by the time the current active roster, who wants to do one, has done one, then the next level to come in will have been here long enough to prove themselves active and will stick around and they can do theres, when theirs are done, the next stage has qualified. So on and so forth.
Changed proposal. To do them every week.
Answer: If we did them every week sooner or later...were gonna run out of shit to talk about. Sooner or later people are gonna get tired of listening to the same six guys/girls talking about cupcakes. It's a reality. So, compromise. Every two weeks. alternate between show one week and podcast the next. If we run into the problem of running out of stuff, getting repetitive or simply people get tired of them so often and stop participating them we can go back to once a month.
3. Feedback system- At current we have a system where people simply ask, and maybe if their lucky people get to them.
Proposed change- Universal system where everyone, unless they have opted out, get a single RP critiqued by someone on each show. There will be a system of categories with questions to be answered.
Answer: I don't like the idea of people being forced to be feed backed. If they forget to opt out, they could read a feedback and get very upset by what is read, No one in U.W.A. should ever read something, unsolicited, that makes them feel like what they write isn't as good as they believe it is. more on that to come.
However, i will use the idea of designated feed backers who will feedback ONLY the people who have requested it. If you want to know what you can do to make yourself better, then post about it in the feedback section and these people's jobs are to read your RP's and give you honest, constructive feedback.
Note about feedback.-The very first time i see a single person give someone shit in feedback because of spelling or grammer and isn't just a passing comment, i will block that person from giving feedback. I will NOT under any circumstances allow U.W.A. to become the grammer nazi of the E-Fed world.
Notes: Let's not make this a big ta-do thread. Anyone who has questions, feel free to message me Via PM or AIM. Anyone who wants to volunteer to give feedback to people, send me a message and we will discuss more of what i expect from feedback and what are touchy subjects and what subjects are completely not to be talked about in feedback at all.
