Ashley accepts the file and then motions Jeszika into the house.
Ashley Kenyon: Cool… I was just on the phone with nikki. She thinks she found us some better fake coke/speed/whatever powder to snort that won’t it us feel like we have a cold for three days this time.
She shakes her head.
Ashley Kenyon: that’s like the worst part of that stuff… blocks ya up something fierce.
Jeszika Gautier: Yeah it was pretty nasty.
She looks down at the file.
Jeszika Gautier: So... What is the job we're doing anyways?
Ashley Kenyon: I think we’re working another batch of drug addicts who ripped off their bosses to try and score big with their dealers. Possible one or more of us will have to look like we like it as much as they do…
She pauses.
Ashley Kenyon: B made a crack that I didn’t really need to fake that when Billy’s around.
Jeszika Gautier: SO you're probably the best pick for that job then right?
Ashley shrugs.
Ashley Kenyon: that part anyway, i guess. I wanted to look over the file to see if I would have to fuck anybody this time. I really hope that’s not part of it. i don’t really fancy turning myself into that much of a whore, y’know?
Jeszika Gautier: with luck none of us need to play the whore.
Ashley nods.
Ashley Kenyon: Why does she think I don 't need help acting like i like it?
Jeszika Gautier: You mean Beth?
Ashley nods.
Jeszika Gautier: I don't think she really thinks that ash.... she's just trying to protect you is all.
Ashley shakes her head, looking upset and hurt.
Ashley Kenyon: Does she really think billy is that bad?
Jeszika sighs
Jeszika Gautier: I don't think she means it that way. You're just her little sister and she doesn't wanna see your heart get broken. Deep down I know she's happy for you and supports you no matter what.
Ashley Kenyon: I don’t just see him to get loaded…
Jeszika Gautier: I know and I'm sure B knows that too.
Ashley nods.
Ashley Kenyon: I know he has a habit…
She trails off, looking conflicted.
Ashley Kenyon: And I know i’ve done stuff with him some but… it’s not every time, it’s not so much I pass out and I kinda like him…
Jeszika Gautier: Well that much was already obvious. I've seen the way you look at him ash... does he love you back?
Ashley nods.
Ashley Kenyon: Yeah but he keeps telling me that’s a bad idea.
Jeszika Gautier: Has he said why he thinks that?
Ashley Kenyon: He says he'll just take me down with him.
Jeszika frowns.
Jeszika Gautier: He thinks he's that bad huh? You know what I say? If it feels right, go with it consequences be damned. Unless he's an abusive ass wipe, I'm sure everything would be fine. You never really know until you try.
Jeszika laughs suddenly.
Ashley Kenyon: What's so funny?
Jeszika Gautier: And now I have officially said that to both of you... B would laugh at me for that...
Ashley stares at her for a second before realization dawns.

Jeszika nods
Jeszika Gautier: She did... but please don't tell her I told you and please don't hate her for it. She needs your support ash, now more than ever...
Ashley sits back, visibly devastated.
Ashley Kenyon: Lesbian or bi?
Jeszika Gautier: Bi.
She hesitates
Jeszika Gautier: With Carrie....
Ashley nods slowly.
Ashley Kenyon: Why couldn’t she tell me?
Jeszika Gautier: She was scared you'd hate her... judge her...
Tears start rolling down Ashley’s face.

Ashley Kenyon: It is?
Jeszika Gautier: Well yeah, you’re her sister.
Ashley nods, still looking confused and upset.
Ashley Kenyon: What actually happened in Reno?
Jeszika frowns.
Jeszika Gautier: I thought you already knew? We got drunk and we fucked.... and it was amazing.
Ashley Kenyon: I meant after…
Jeszika Gautier: A whole like of awkwardness. Beth freaked out about it at the time but admitted to me not long ago she liked it and wanted more. I would have given it to her too…
Ashley nods.
Ashley Kenyon: I'm sorry if i ever made you feel like i disapproved...
Jeszika Gautier: It’s ok... it’s kinda what you learn to expect from people when you’re.... like us.
Ashley Kenyon: I never disapproved.
Jeszika Gautier: You didn't?
Ashley shakes her head.
Ashley Kenyon: I’d have never objected to my sister dating you, Jezzy! You may as well be our sister too!
Jeszika Gautier: Thanks, Ash... that means a lot to me.
Ashley nods tearfully.
Ashley Kenyon: Is Carrie a good person? Billy says she is but...
Jeszika Gautier: Don't worry your sis is in good hands.
Ashley nods slowly.
Ashley Kenyon: Ok.
Jeszika hugs Ashley, grateful for what her friend has said here. Ashley hugs back, happy to have a shoulder to lean on. Fifteen minutes later, Jeszika takes her leave. just as the door closes, Ashley’s phone rings. She looks down at the number and smiles as she answers.
Ashley Kenyon: Hey, Billy… I’ll be there in twenty minutes… see ya there…
