Location: Stevie's Bar, Las Vegas, Nevada
9pm
The scene opens up inside Stevie’s bar just off the Vegas strip. Stevies is a run down old bar. Sticky wooden floors, an oak bar that has been in there at least 50 years. The furniture is well worn and definitely seen better days. There are only currently two people inside Stevie's a barman in his late 40s with long grey a scruffy beard and a white t-shirt this man is the owner Stevie. The other person is the bars most frequent patron Fraser Freeman. Fraser is sat at the bar perched on a stool sipping what appears to be a bottle of beer, but surely not? Has Freeman fell off the wagon? Is he drinking again? Well at this point it sure looks like it. Freeman looks like a man with a lot on his mind as pulls his phone out of his pocket to check a text message, before placing it back in his pocket and cradling his beer once again.
Ten minutes have since gone by, Freeman has not spoke to Stevie, he has just been sitting in silence looking like he is in deep contemplation. Suddenly the bell attacked to the door rings as a new patron enters, the new patron is a black woman in her mid twenties, she is dressed in grey Nike Jogging bottoms and a grey Nike hoodie, this young woman is Jade, Freeman’s ex girlfriend. Freeman glances round and sees her, he tries not to double take or pay much attention, he hopes this isn’t about to get awkward but it probably is, as Jade is within 20ft of Freeman she begins to speak.
Jade: Fraser? What are you doing here? I thought you quit drinking?
Freeman swivels on his stool and rolls his eyes at Jade, he can sense an air of judgement in her statements. See he has always had a borderline problem with alcohol so to her him being in a bar drinking what appears to be beer is not a good thing.
Freeman: Don’t worry Jade I’m not back on the sauce, its non alcoholic, I just like the taste and the atmosphere of this place
Freeman holds up the bottle of non-alcoholic beer which clearly shows the non-alcoholic brand name. Jade makes an oh sound and can be heard saying “well that’s good” but Freeman just shrugs it off.
Freeman: besides don’t act like your surprised to see me here Jade, you knew exactly where I was, you wanted to find me, in fact that’s why your here isn’t it?
Jades jaw drops a bit as there is a look of absolute shock on her face, how on earth could he have known is etched on her face.
Jade: Bu bu but how da hell did ya know?
A wide smirk comes across the face of Fraser Freeman as Jade sits down on the bar stool next to him, still in shock and wanting to know how he could have known.
Freeman: Because I got a text from Q about 10 minutes before you arrived saying you were looking for me and well we both know how resourceful you are don't we? I bet no doubt after he told you he had no idea where I was, you went to my office and used my computer and used my clever tracking system to triangulate my location
Jade is in shock that he figured it out, yet in her heart she knows how good Freeman is at deductive reasoning and to be fair he is spot on, she has indeed deliberately tracked him down.
Freeman: do you really think I didn’t realise that you know my password? That reminds me I should probably change it before you decide to run background checks on every guy you are considering going on a date with, I mean hey that’s my job.
Another shocked and stunned look on the face of jade, see she did indeed know his password and ever since the incident with the serial rapist she was on course for being a victim of before Freeman saved her, she has been using the password to access his system. Running checks on potential suitors, whilst initially shocked she isn’t really overly surprised Freeman knows all this, he has no doubt seen security footage of her using his computer and then searched through the history of what she was looking at.
Freeman: Now what can I do for you? I imagine you haven’t gone to all the trouble of tracking me down for no reason?
Jade: Well erm.... errr....
Jade pauses and her eyes shift from side to side a few times, she looks like she is weighing up what to say before deciding and pauses for a good few seconds.
Jade: I just wanted to wish you luck for Raising Hell
Freeman puts his beer down on the bar and turns back to face Jade with his eyebrows raised. He is looking at Jade with a look that says he knows that isn’t what she wanted to say. A look that also states he knows there is no way she would go to all the trouble she has to say good luck alone.
Jade: Wha wha what? Don’t look at me like that
Freeman is glaring a hole in her now eyebrows still raised he makes a rolling motion with his hand. A gesture that clearly implies come on spit it out woman, don’t come here and not say what you came here to say!
Jade: OK OK!
Jade takes deep breath and steadies herself whilst Freeman picks up his non alcoholic beer and takes a swig before placing it back down on the bar his hand still gripping it whilst Jade looks a bit shifty and nervous.
Jade: Its just errr...... erm.... I know about what you asked Baron not to tell me
Freeman's eyes instantly light up, he can see where this is going and he doesn’t like it one bit. There is a look of shock and betrayal on his face, but not anger, he shakes his head from side to side in disgust, he had specifically asked Baron not to say anything.
Freeman: That no good little shit, I asked him in confidence to not say anything and not only did he say what I asked him not too, he went one further and told you why! I am going to ki.....
Jade: No no no, he didn’t tell me, he said nothing, he didn’t even tell me you were asking after me, just like you told him not too
Freeman’s left eyebrow goes up, he is thinking how it is that she could possibly know if Baron said nothing, more to the point how on earth could she know about him asking Baron to not even mention he was asking after her. He raises his hands confused, in how the hell type gesture.
Freeman: Have you been stalking me?? Have you been bugging me or something how the hell could you know!
Jade: Now now Frase, dunt make too bigga deal of yo'self, your not this almighty god that I am obsessed wit. I am not stalking you, even if it does feed your ego to think that!
Freeman: Then how?
Jade: Baron was having a heart to heart with Nicole in the changing room and I was in the showers and they didn’t know, so I listened in.
Freeman chuckles a bit, it all makes sense now. He knows how nosey Jade is, how she loves girly gossip and is always eavesdropping conversations, it all adds up.
Freeman: Ahhhhh typical, little Miss Nosey has been doing some snooping again!
Freeman laughs, he is clearly trying to lighten the mood and maybes even delay the inevitable conversation that is on its way. Jade rolls her eyes and gives Freeman a look that says yeah yeah mock me all you want.
Jade: Typical Frase! Trying to make everything a joke so e doesn’t av to face da truth, we need to talk about this Fraser, do you think I like having my emotions thrown all ova da place Frase? Do you think I like not knowing if I can ever be with the person I love!
Freeman sighs and picks up his fake beer and takes a swig looking straight ahead at the bar optics in front of him not turning and looking at Jade. Jade gets angry at this she grabs Freeman’s are and turns him to face her and shakes her head in anger.
Jade: Don’t want to talk huh? Don’t want to face the truth? Rather stare blankly and ignore me? Fuck you Frase just fuck you, I came here because we need to talk about this and your trying to give me da cold shoulda? I wont let you! We NEED to talk about this.
Jade's face has gone a shade of red, her anger and frustration and Fraser Freeman not wanting to talk about this is very evident, in fact she is even slightly out of breath from here passionately delivered rant. Freeman inhales deeply letting out a long sigh, he places his hand on Jades and removes it from his arm before swivelling round on his stool to face her and looks down at his boots refusing to make eye contact.
Freeman: Look Jade there’s nothing to talk about, I cant do...
Jade puts her hand on Freeman’s chin and lifts his head up.
Jade: Look me in the eyes and say it!
Freeman looks into her eyes at this point because really he has no choice but to do so. He can see the emotional agony in her eyes, there is a tear running down her cheek as she struggles to hold back the flood of emotion that is close to occurring. Freeman sighs as he knows this is all his doing, but he thinks that he is doing the right thing, UWA isn’t exactly a safe place for women these days.
Freeman: Dammit Jade! What do you want me to say?
Jade: The truth!
Freeman nods and sighs looking down at his boots again thinking for a moment before looking back up.
Freeman: The truth is.... I do love you, hell I have loved you for the best part of 3 years, I have kept you safe and that is all I ever want to do! That is why we can't be together. UWA is not a safe place Jade, look at what happened to Nicole when she was nearly killed by that psychotic maniac Stalker Knight. Look what the Children have done to Jezickas poor girlfriend! If we are together who is to say someone might not try to get to me through you the way others have to Jez and Baron. Hell what if Vince was to take you captive and torture you to get to me! You are my kryptonite Jade, you could be used against me and I cannot risk it, I just CANT! I wont risk you getting hurt!
Jade springs up to her feet and slaps Freeman hard. Freeman lifts his hand to his face and rubs it, he is shocked and a little stunned by her actions, it is not like jade to lash out. He looks up to her face, she is now stood looking down at him, anger etched on her face, she pushes him in the chest.
Jade: You wont risk me getting HURT? You fucking hypocrite
Jade forcefully pushes him in the chest again so forcefully that Freeman rocks back on his stool only just keeping enough balance to stay on it.
Jade: Can you not see your FUCKING hurting me right now! Can you not see the emotional pain you are putting me through! I fucking love you ya idiot! Keeping me at arms length like this when we both feel the same, doing this to me hurts a helluva lot more than any physical pain da sons of bitches you mentioned could eva cause me!
Jade pushes Freeman in the chest again, this time sending him flying off his stool to the floor, Jade moves over and stand stands above him looking down into his eyes.
Jade: Im a big girl Fraser, I can handle masel jus fine and your a fucking fool if ya think anyfin physical could hurt me as much as you are by doing this!
A tear rolls down Jades cheek dropping off and hitting Freeman on the forehead. Freeman looks up shocked, he has never seen Jade like this, how could he not see the pain he has been causing? Had he not been paying attention this whole time? Was he too blinded to see that he was the one who was really hurting her? That he was the one causing her worse pain than that he feared them being together could cause? He lets out a big sigh and goes to speak but gets cut off before he can.
Jade: Wake up Fraser, jus wake da fuck up! Your hurtin me more than ya seem to notice.
Jade turns and storms off struggling to hold back the tears as she exits the bar, leaving Freeman laying on the floor in shock at what just transpired. Freeman throws his arms out to the side, his clenched fists making a loud thudding noise on the wood floor. He pulls his hands up round the back of his head, his forearms touching the sides of his head. He just lays there for a few moments trying to make sense of what just happened. He pulls himself up to his feet and picks up the bar stool in a languid and out of sorts manner before sulkingly plonking himself down on it. He turns facing the bar and looks at Stevie who has just watched the whole thing unfold. Freeman can see a look of awkwardness on the face of Stevie who walks towards him and looks like he is about to speak. Freeman puts his finger up to motion Stevie not to speak, he picks up his empty beer bottle and motions for a fresh one.
Freeman cradles his beer in one hand whilst scratching his head with the other. He begins to think about what Jade just said. How could I not see it? How could it be that I didn’t realise how much emotional pain I have been putting her through? Am I that blind to it all, just like she said? He drifts off into deep thought thinking back through times they have been around each other as of late. First off there was the incident at the club a few weeks back, Jade saw me kissing some girl at the bar, granted she didn’t know that she threw herself at me, that I had no part in it, but out the corner of my eye I saw her storm off into the bathroom, she didn’t come out of there until 20 minutes later when Sharpe had to go tell her that she was due on stage. Damn I am blind to it. How could I have not seen it? I mean the whole overdose thing, that was clearly my fault! Hell she even sent me text msg's about how much of a dick I was that night. Hell she nearly died! But in my head I just chalked it up to Jade being Jade, letting off a bit of steam, when really it was all my fault.
Freeman just sits cradling his beer thinking about all the times he has hurt her without realising it. He does this for well over an hour. He then moves on to think about all the bad things that have happened to him as of late. He puts two and two together and see's a pattern emerging. Things have only really gone down hill for him since things went sour with him and Jade. He hasn’t been the same since they started fighting and even when he sorted his head out there was something missing. “shit” he thinks to himself, this has been hurting me as well. I was just to stubborn and blinded by wanting to keep her safe to see she was the issue, why have I been doing this? Why have I been torturing myself and Jade for no reason. We belong together, I guess now I see that, I guess now I have opened my eyes to the truth, I guess now is the time to be happy! Maybe then I can fulfil my mission and get back to protecting the UWA universe from the likes of Vince Jones!
Freeman springs up from his bar stool quickly pulls out his wallet and leaves a $50 bill on the bar for Stevie. He purposefully strides for the exit and gets straight into his car which is parked outside.
10 40pm
Fraser Freeman is now cruising round Vegas on his way home in his Range Rover, a little worse for wear and down about what transpired earlier. He was going to go to Jades but chickened out after getting halfway. He turns on his radio and tunes into the local rock station looking for something to take his mind off it. It's been a while by Staind begins to play, one of his favourite songs, but probably not all that appropriate right now.
And it's been awhile
Since I could hold my head up high
And it's been awhile
Since I first saw you
Freeman immediately begins to think about jade.
And it's been awhile
Since I could stand
On my own two feet again
And it's been awhile
Since I could call you
Fuck this sounds like me
And everything I can't remember
As fucked up as it all may seem
The consequences that I've rendered
I've stretched myself beyond my means
Oh man this sounds like how this have gone for me since splitting with Jade, I have been brittle and trying to hard for me to handle in UWA on a heart that isn’t fully there!
And it's been awhile
Since I can say
That I wasn't addicted
And it's been awhile
Since I can say
I love myself as well
Freeman nods and begins to sing along
And it's been awhile
Since I've gone and fucked things up
Just like I always do
And it's been awhile
But all that shit seems to disappear
When I'm with you
Freeman is singing along at the top of his lungs as he hurtles down the motorway.
And everything I can't remember
As fucked up as it all may seem
The consequences that I've rendered
I've gone and fucked things up again
At this point Freeman sharply turns taking the exit off the motorway turning around and thinks to himself NO I wont fuck it up this time!
Why must I feel this way?
Just make this go away
Just one more peaceful day
I know what I have to do!
And it's been awhile
Since I could look at myself straight
And it's been awhile
Since I said I'm sorry
Freeman smirks to himself as he hurtles his way down the motorway intent on saying them exact words.
And it's been awhile
Since I've seen the way
The candles light your face
And it's been awhile
But I can still remember
Just the way you taste
Freeman has a happy look in his eye, he is on his way to do what he should have long ago, he just hopes it all goes to plan.
11pm
Jades Apartment
Las Vegas
Jade is sat curled up on her sofa in her apartment on the far edge of down town vegas, she is in her dressing gown. Her apartment is clean and tidy, modern and fresh but very minimalistic, not very many possessions, just the basics. Clean white walls, black leather 3 piece, wooden floors, a well kitted out kitchen dinner which is attached to the lounge in an open plan style. She is looking at pictures on her phone with a smile on her face, she is looking at the various selfies she has taken with Fraser Freeman over the years. She notices how happy she looks in the pictures but that’s no surprise, nobody has ever made her smile like he does.
Jade places her phone in her dressing gown pocket and closes her eyes, hoping all this could just go away and she could be with Fraser Freeman, she thinks to herself, why oh why do things have to be so complicated. Why did I go off on one with Frase like that, I might have only driven him further away!
BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ its the doorbell!
See Jade couldn’t be more wrong if she tried it really hasn’t driven him further away, it has done exactly what she yelled at him! It has opened his eyes to the true state of things! See that is him at the door!
Jade makes her way to the door and as she swings it open she see's Fraser Freeman who is stood right in front of her. She is happy to see him, she thinks could it be? Why is he here? Please please let it be what I hope. Freeman begins to speak in a passionate manner.
Freeman: Im so sorry Ive been an idiot! Your words they woke me up, I can see now that I have only been hurting you when all I wanted to do is protect you. I have been hurting myself to and all for what? For nothing that’s what! See I haven’t been myself without you, you are my best friend and when we split you took a huge part of my heart with you and I just haven’t been the same man since, I wont to be whole again! Please forgive me!
Without speak Jade leaps onto Freeman and begins kissing him passionately, her legs wrapped around his waist. She stops kissing briefly and speaks into his ear.
Jade: You had me at Im so sorry Ive been an idiot!
Jade goes back to kissing Freeman passionately as he walks into the apartment, Jade kicks her foot out to close the door and instructs Freeman to back up a bit so she can turn the key. Passionately kissing still Freeman walks with Jade in his arms to the bedroom placing her down on the bed her legs still wrapped around his waste she kisses his neck and begins to pull off his t-shirt.
1 hour later
Jade and Freeman now lay in bed naked under the sheets. Jades head rested on Freeman’s chest and the pair looking relaxed albeit rather exhausted at the same time.
Freeman: Damn make-up sex is the best!
Jade: who says we have made up
Jade jokingly jabs Freeman in the ribs showing she is simply playing around and stretches out her neck and kisses him on the cheek. Freeman begins to rub his ribs not ideal to get a blow there considering he is still sore from the attack from Vince not that long ago.
Freeman: watch it with the elbows pet
Jade: Oh shit im sorry, totally forgot
Freeman: you'd think the big white bandages would be a dead give away!
Jade disappears under the sheets and proceeds to kiss his ribs. Whilst down there she pulls the bandage to one side to kiss the skin directly and see's deep bruising, before coming back up from under the sheets.
Jade: dayum baby Vinnie really did a numba on ya huh?
Freeman: you could say that yes. in fact you could say he has done many numbers on me as of late both physically and mentally.
Jade: Oh? How so?
Freeman: Well It all started to fall apart when our grievances started. He is the route cause of everything that has gone wrong! However unfortunately for him at Raising Hell he will also become the solution! See pet when I lay him to waste, when I leave him lifeless and on his way to hospital this whole horrible chapter comes to an end.
Jade: comes to an end? Didn’t that just happen? Or am I not the prize you wanted?
Jade says it in a tone of sarcasm, knowing all to well what he meant and that he was simply referring to goings on in UWA, nether the less she is keen to hear his response.
Freeman: Oh you are! See pet you’re the prize I need to succeed! You are the last piece of the puzzle! Without you I have been a shadow of my former self, lost in the wilderness, my heart wasn’t fully in it because it was lost trying to find its way home to you.
Jade: awwwwww you big softie you
Freeman feels a little bit embarrassed, its not like him to be so open with his emotions life that, however its something he could get use too. See when it comes to Jade he has never felt this way about anyone, he just feels entirely comfortable in her presence and at this moment in time there is nowhere he would rather be.
Freeman leans down and kisses her on the forehead and pulls her in tight snuggling up. It is not long before Jade falls asleep in his arms and he looks down at her sleeping and at this point he feels like an entirely new man. He feels like the man he needs to be to succeed, he feels complete and in his mind can now take on his demons. Starting with Vince Jones at Raising Hell Freeman feels the time has finally come for his plan to edge one more step closer to reality. He smiles widely before closing his eyes and drifting off to sleep the happiest he has been for a very long time.
14th August 2014
Pleasure Dome, Las Vegas
9.20am
It is now the next morning and Fraser Freeman has arrived for work at the Pleasure Dome bright and early, a spring in his step, whistling away as he weaves through the corridors spinning his keys between his fingers. Freeman enters the main room and maintains his buoyant mood as he walks in. Quentin Sharpe is stood in the middle by the main pole, saying goodbye to one of the night shift girls as the cleaners sweep the floors and wipe down the tables. Sharpe see's Freeman out the corner of his eye and is genuinely stunned to see Freeman so up beat and happy, Freeman looks like the cat that got the cream and I guess you could say he got a little more than cream last night. Sharpe has his eyebrow raised as Fraser approaches him.
Sharpe: Who are you and what have you done with my snarly, angry, uptight boss man?
Freeman smirks and lets out a chuckle and Sharpe genuinely looks a bit shocked about his friends happy appearance.
Freeman: What can't a man be happy for no reason?
Sharpe: Not unless they spent the night having rampant sex with a beautiful woman! But then thats not really for no reason is it.
Freeman beams wildly and Sharpe catches on, it becomes apparent, he remembers Jade being very fidgety to find him the night before, he remembers the last time he saw Fraser with this kinda spring in his step and that was the last time him and Jade got together,
Sharpe: You sly dog! You finally stopped being a stubborn twat and realised she makes you happy eh!
Freeman: Is it that obvious Q?
Sharpe: Dude you might as well be wearing a neon sign that says in bold capitals 'I GOT LAID'!
Sharpe and Freeman laugh a little as Sharpe pats Freeman on the back, not in a good on you son kind of way, more in a more ironic jokish way of the typical male response to said things happening. Sharpe looks down at his watch and notes that the time is 9.25 am.
Sharpe: And your a full 35 minutes early for work, shit you must be in a good mood!
Freeman: Good mood me? Nah im not in a good mood mate, im in a fucking awesome mood!
Sharpe: All well and good dude, but should you not be in more of a typical Fraser Freeman serious mood? I mean after all you basically have the biggest match of your entire career coming up at Raising Hell, its all well and good that your riding the hire of spending a night on the Jade express, but dude you need to focus.
Freeman begins to laugh rather loud and shake his head from side to side, this takes Sharpe by surprise, he is not use to seeing this lighter more laid back jokey side of Freeman.
Freeman: It might not seem it, but im actually more focused than I have ever been Q.
Sharpe: Oh really?
Freeman: Aye. See Q its all falling into place, everything has dropped into complete alignment at the perfect time. I have focused my mind and gained control, I have faced my demons and banished them and now the final piece of the puzzle has been put into place, the missing piece, the piece stopping me from being the man who not only talks the talk but walks the walk!
Sharpe: Jade?
Freeman: Yep! See this all began with Vince Jones, it all started when he got in my head Q. He took me off my game, he made me channel anger and aggression and blew the lid of my calm and cool methodology and it will all end with the exact same worthless excuse for a human being. See slowly but surely I have put myself back together, adding piece after piece and now the final piece of the puzzle has been put in place. I am baaaaack mate! And all this ends the same way it all started, with me beating Vince Jones fair and square! I guess you could say everything has gone full circle.
Sharpe nods along in agreement with Freeman, he can clearly see that Freeman is back to the man he knew on the Indy circuit. See he may not have said much
about it to the man himself, but back in the day on the Indy scene Sharpe looked up to Freeman, he idolised him and was like a kid in a candy shop when Freeman took him under his wing and showed him the ropes all those years ago. However in his time running with the Sin City Knight, it has been a very different Freeman that he has seen, a short tempered, highly distracted Freeman, a man who had been taken off his clinical tactical game play and forced into a world of becoming the very aggressor he was the very antithesis of.
Sharpe: Well its about fucking time dude! I have watched you become something you are not since you joined UWA. I have watched the man who taught me the very meaning of clinical skill and hard work become nothing more than your average every day brawler! Thank fuck you’ve snapped the hell out of it dude!
Freeman: I couldn’t of done it without you though mate!
Freeman extends his hand to Sharpe. However Sharpe shakes his head and says “nah dude no hand shakes” and moves forward and embraces Freeman in a manly hug.
Freeman: Seriously mate, you got me on the straight and narrow, you helped me quit drinking and you helped me see the error of my ways, you threw me the rope that allowed me to pull myself out of mud that was weighing me down. your a true friend Q.
Sharpe: Well what can I say, im just your everyday straight edge lifestyle guru
Sharpe throws his hands out in a hey motion, and the pair both laugh a bit.
Freeman: Right I guess you better go get some rest, night shift at the PD is never exactly plain sailing. Plus I need to hit the gym harder than ever before, Vince isn’t going to know what’s hit him until he wakes up in hospital with my boot print engrained on his forehead!
Sharpe: Al right, well there was a spot of bother last night, this idiot decided it would be good idea to not pay one of our girls for her services
Freeman: Let me guess, clean up in aisle 3 required?
Sharpe: Well you could say that guy is probably realising what hit him about now as he wakes up in hospital with MY boot print on his forehead
The pair chuckle a bit.
Freeman: Need me to take care of anything? Erase footage on the camera's and so on?
Sharpe: Nope its all taken care of, just though you should know in case the popo swing by
Freeman: OK mate, now get yourself off and get some sleep
Sharpe: Sure thing dude and if you need a sparing partner to get in shape for the Vince match DONT call me ::Sharpe laughs:: I like my face just how it is thank you very much!
Freeman: Whats a matter Q, scarred of a few bumps and bruises?
Sharpe: Dude we both know that if you focus on what your going to do to Vince at Raising Hell, anyone your sparring with is going to suffer a hell of a lot more than bumps and bruises!
Freeman: Fair point mate, I don’t blame you, hell I sure as hell wouldn’t want to be Vince at Raising Hell, all that pent up frustration, all the negativity that has been boiling up inside, it will all be released.
Freeman is smirking widely with a cold look in his eyes as he glances up at the ceiling imagining the arsenal of frustration and negative energy he is going to unleash on Vince Jones.
Freeman: See Q at Raising Hell Vince Jones is going to succumb to my tactical assault, he is going to fall at my feet and he is going to enter Free-fall and drop all the way to the depth of hell itself!
Freeman at this point is staring a hole in the wall ahead with a glare that is icy cold, a stare that shows how intent he is on brining Vince Jones to his knees. Meanwhile Quentin Sharpe is looking rather uncomfortable at this moment in time. Sharpe can see that Freeman is full of punt up energy, a ticking time bomb waiting to explode on Vince Jones at Raising Hell.
Sharpe: dude I don’t think I have EVER seen you this focused on bringing someone down, good luck dude not that you need it though! you know where I am if you need any back up at raising hell aight.
Freeman: Thanks mate, I appreciate it, now if you don’t mind, I think I will go destroy a punch bag with Vince's name on it.
Freeman chuckles a little bit as Sharpe nods and leans in for a man hug and handshake with Freeman. Sharpe heads in one direction whilst Freeman heads in the other. It is clear for all to see that Freeman is a man with a purpose, he believes now is his time, he has in his view put the final pieces of the puzzle into place and now all he has to do is put in the hard work and he knows he can deliver the goods. The scene fades to black as Freeman enters his office intent on literally beating the stuffing out of the punch bag hanging inside.
